Does basic mean lower quality or cheaper materials?
No. Every Handora set, basic or statement, uses the same real gel polish, the same hand-painting process, and the same 2 to 4 week wear time. The price reflects the design complexity, not the build quality. A neutral nude takes the same curing time as a maximalist set.
