Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Our craftsmanship guarantee covers chips, cracks or lifting reported within 14 days of delivery. Send photos for a replacement or store credit; one claim per order. Damage from misuse is excluded.
Wrong, damaged or defective on arrival? Report within 30 days of delivery with photos for a full refund or free replacement. See full terms.
Do you offer refunds?
