About Handora & Our Craft
Are Handora press-on nails really hand-painted?
Yes. Every set is painted by one of five trained nail artists in our studio using real gel polish, cured under UV light four to six times per set. No printing, no decals, no machine-finished line.
What materials do you use?
Salon-grade gel polish, premium soft-gel tips, UV lamps, museum-grade non-yellowing top coat. Same materials a high-end salon uses.
How long does each set take to create?
1.5 to 3 hours for standard designs. 4 to 8 hours for our most labor-intensive luxury and 3D sets.
Are Handora press-ons vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All gel polishes, top coats, and adhesives are vegan and cruelty-free.
Application & Wear
How long do press-on nails last?
Hand-painted gel sets last 2 to 4 weeks per application. See our how long do press-on nails last guide for the full math.
Can I shower, swim, and exercise with them?
Yes — wait 2 hours after application before water contact. Wear lifting gloves for heavy gym work.
What's the difference between glue and adhesive tabs?
Glue gives 2-4 weeks. Tabs give 3-7 days. Both are included in every set.
Can press-on nails damage natural nails?

Sizing & Fit
How do I measure my nail size?
Follow our sizing guide with three measuring methods.
What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. Pick the larger size so the press-on covers your nail edge to edge without gaps at the sides. A slightly wide nail can be filed to fit, but a narrow one will lift. Not sure? Every order includes one free size exchange within 30 days.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes, free. Leave a note at checkout with each finger's measurement.
Care & Reuse
How many times can I reuse a set?
5 to 10 wears per set with proper removal. See our care guide.
What's Handora's Magic Remover?

Custom & Bespoke
Can I commission a custom design?
Yes — see custom press-on collection. Free commission with 3 rounds of approval.
How long does a custom order take?
2-3 weeks standard.
Shipping, Returns & Wholesale
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on every order of $69+, US and worldwide. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Every set is hand-painted to order, so allow 3–5 business days for crafting before your parcel ships. US standard delivery then takes 7–10 days; Canada, Australia and the rest of the world take 7–15 days. See our Shipping Policy for details.
What's the return policy?
30-day return on unworn sets. Custom orders not eligible for return but remade at no charge if defective.
