No. 02New And Exclusive Design Development
If the partner already has the complete design prepared and supplies us with the ready-made images, there will be no charge, and the design fee will be $0.
For completely new designs that we create according to the client's request (no specific image provided), the design fee will be $15/design.

Additionally, a Suggested Retail Price (SRP/MSRP) list will be included with your order. We provide this to assist partners in establishing a consistent market price and maximizing profit margins.
Volume Discount Policy
The reference pricing schedule outlined in Section 1 is structured as a Tiered Pricing model, which automatically reflects progressive discounts that correspond to the total quantity of your order.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy
Samples
Maximum 10 sets for quality check, paid upfront and 100% refundable on your first wholesale order; we provide photos and adjust designs until satisfied before shipping.
Official Production Order
Minimum order of 50 sets or more, with at least 10 sets required per design.
Custom Branding & Packaging
Logo and brand name printing services for product boxes, nail cards, and thank you notes are available for a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 100 sets. A service fee of $0.50 per set will apply. However, this service is free of charge for orders of 700 sets or more.

Deposit Requirement
To officially confirm the order and initiate the material procurement and production process, an advance payment (deposit) of 50% of the total order value is required.
Final Settlement
The remaining 50% balance plus shipping costs must be settled prior to shipment. (Note: We will send photos/videos of finished products for your approval before final payment.)

Two Flexible Payment Options

Pay 100% of the order value upfront to receive top production priority and the fastest possible turnaround for your order.
Option 2 — 50% Deposit
Place a 50% deposit to cover production costs and begin manufacturing. The remaining 50% is settled once production is completed, before Handora Nails ships your order.

The customer confirms the designs and quantities; Handora Nails issues the Proforma Invoice (PI).

The customer pays 100% upfront for top production priority, or a 50% deposit of the total order value to initiate the production process.

Handora proceeds with production; upon completion, we send photos/videos of the finished products for customer approval.

Return/Refund Policy
Eligibility for Acceptance
Exchanges or refunds are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged due to the shipping process.
Timeframe for Claim
All claims must be submitted within 10 days from the confirmed delivery date (as recorded by the carrier's tracking system). Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Unboxing Video Required
To be eligible for the return/exchange policy, the customer must record an unboxing video showing the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Order Cancellation
The 50% deposit will not be refunded if the order is canceled after the production process has begun, in order to compensate for material and labor costs.
