Shipping & tracking

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, choosing whichever serves your address best. Every order travels with a tracking number. It reaches your inbox the moment your set leaves the studio.

Every set is hand painted to order, so give our artists 2 to 3 business days before your parcel ships. Standard delivery is then 7 to 10 days in the US and 7 to 10 days for Canada, Australia and the rest of the world.

International orders: if your parcel has to clear customs it may take additional days. We have no influence over the customs process, and we're sorry for any delay it causes.

If your tracking hasn't moved in over a week, tell us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it with you until it's resolved.

Wrong, damaged, or defective items: 100% refund or a free replacement, with all return shipping costs covered by us. Please send a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery.

Doesn't fit: One free size exchange within 30 days.

Changed your mind: Store credit or an exchange within 30 days. Because each set is custom handmade specifically for you, change of mind returns are not refunded in cash and return shipping is at your expense. Store credit never expires.

Chips, cracks, or lifting due to craftsmanship defects within 14 days: We will replace the set or issue store credit based on a photo alone. No need to ship the original item back.

Need to make changes or cancel? Email us within 2 hours of placing your order before production begins, and we will update your size or shipping address for free, or cancel for a full refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
