Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed for you at checkout. We also offer free shipping on all US and Worldwide orders with a subtotal of $69 USD or more. It is applied automatically, so you don't need a code.

2 Crafting Your Nails

Made to order, so allow a little time before dispatch

Every Handora Nails set is made to order, ensuring a unique and personalized masterpiece just for you. This approach also supports our commitment to sustainability by minimizing waste.

3 Shipping and Tracking

A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment we dispatch

Your order will be dispatched as soon as our artists have finished creating your nails. We operate on business days, which don't include weekends or public holidays. Once your package is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Delivery times are based on average estimates. Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed, so please be patient. If your tracking information hasn't updated for over a week, please contact us at cs@handoranails.com and we'll promptly work with the shipping carrier to investigate.

4 Lost or Stolen Packages
