We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL, choosing whichever serves your address best. Every order travels with a tracking number — it reaches your inbox the moment your set leaves the studio.
Every set is hand-painted to order, so give our artists 3–5 business days before your parcel ships. Standard delivery is then 7–10 days in the US and 7–15 days for Canada, Australia and the rest of the world.
International orders — if your parcel has to clear customs it may take additional days. We have no influence over the customs process, and we're sorry for any delay it causes.
If your tracking hasn't moved in over a week, tell us. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it with you until it's resolved.

Wrong, damaged or defective — full refund or a free replacement, and we cover return shipping. Send a photo within 30 days of delivery.
Doesn't fit — one free size exchange within 30 days, as long as the set is unworn and in its original packaging.
Changed your mind — store credit or an exchange within 30 days. Because each set is made for you specifically, change-of-mind returns aren't refunded in cash and return shipping is yours to cover. Store credit never expires.
Chips, cracks or lifting from a craftsmanship defect within 14 days — we replace the set or issue store credit from a photo alone. Nothing to mail back.
Need to change or cancel? Email us within 2 hours of ordering, before crafting begins, and we'll change your size or address free — or cancel for a full refund. Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days, back to your original payment method.
