Yes, if you reach us quickly. Your set goes to our artists soon after you order, so we have a 2-hour window:

• To cancel: email cs@handoranails.com with "Cancel" in the subject line and your order number. You'll get a full refund.
• To change your size or shipping address: email us within the same 2 hours and we'll update it free of charge.

After 2 hours your set may already be in production. Because it's being painted just for you, we can't cancel it at that point, but you're still covered: if the size turns out wrong, you get one free size exchange within 30 days. Need to fix an address after that? Write to us anyway and we'll do everything we can with the carrier.

To have your set by December 24 in the US, order by Monday, December 7. That gives our artists time to hand-paint your set and leaves room for standard delivery during the busiest shipping weeks of the year.

Shipping to Canada, Australia or elsewhere? Please order by Monday, November 30.

Missed the date? Email cs@handoranails.com and ask for a Handora Gift Card. We'll send it by email so you still have the perfect gift on Christmas morning, and she picks her own set and size.

Absolutely. Our artists love bringing an idea to life, whether it's a wedding, a birthday or a set inspired by your pet.

2. Free consultation. We'll suggest a shape and length, confirm your size (anywhere from 8 mm to 17 mm per nail) and give you a price and timeline.
3. Approve your design. You get up to 3 rounds of changes before we paint.

Custom sets take a little longer than our ready designs, so get in touch as early as you can. Since they're made only for you, custom sets can't be returned, but we'll remake yours at no charge if it arrives defective. More on our Custom Nail Service page.

Yes, and it's free. If your fingers fall across different sizes, we can paint your set to your exact measurements, anywhere from 8 mm to 17 mm per nail.

Just add a note at checkout with your measurement for each finger, thumb to pinky, for example: Thumb 15, Index 11, Middle 12, Ring 11, Pinky 8. If you prefer, measure both hands and we'll match them separately.

Because each set is hand-painted after you order, please allow about 2 weeks for US delivery: 3 to 5 business days to paint, then 7 to 10 days to ship. The arrival window under Add to cart shows the exact dates for today's order.

If your event is sooner than that, message us before you order. We'll tell you honestly whether it can make it, so you're never left without nails on the big day.

Planning ahead pays off: every set can be worn 5 to 10 times, so many of our customers keep a favorite set ready for last minute plans.

It takes about two minutes. Grab a piece of clear tape or a thin strip of paper and a ruler.

1. Lay the tape across the widest part of each nail, from one side edge to the other.
2. Mark both edges with a pen, then measure the distance in millimeters.
3. Measure your natural nails, not over gel or acrylics.

Then match your numbers to the chart. Sizes in millimeters, thumb, index, middle, ring, pinky:

• XS: 14, 10, 11, 10, 8
• S: 15, 11, 12, 11, 9
• M: 16, 12, 13, 12, 10
• L: 17, 13, 14, 13, 11

Pick the size that fits most of your fingers. Few hands match one row perfectly, and that's normal. If you land between two sizes, or your nails are quite flat, choose the larger size: you can gently file the sides of a press-on, but you can't make it wider. Short almond shapes run a little small, so size up there too.

This is the most common gift question we get, and there are a few easy ways around it.

1. Let her choose. Ask us for a Handora Gift Card: add a note at checkout or email cs@handoranails.com. We'll send it by email, and she picks her own design and size.
2. Get a sizing kit. Want her exact size? Ask for a sizing kit the same way, with a note at checkout or by email. She tries the sample tips and tells you her size.
3. Borrow a measurement. If she already wears press-ons, measure one of her sets against our Sizing Guide. A photo of her hand next to a credit card also helps us estimate, just send it to us.
4. Go with the odds. S and M are our most popular sizes, worn by about 6 in 10 customers. If you have no clues at all, M is the safest pick.

Whichever you choose, she's covered: every order includes one free size exchange within 30 days, as long as the set hasn't been worn and is back in its original box. Just tell her to email us with the order number.

It depends on how long you want to wear them.

• Adhesive tabs: wear for 3 to 7 days. Best for a weekend, an event or your first set. They peel off after a warm soak, and no liquid touches your nail.
• Nail glue: wear for 2 to 4 weeks. Best for everyday wear, vacations and busy hands. Soak or use a remover to take them off. The strongest hold.

Yes, every single nail. Our team of trained nail artists in Hanoi paints each set by hand with real salon-grade gel polish, the same kind you'd get at a nail salon. Each set is cured under UV light four to six times as the layers build up, then sealed with a non-yellowing top coat.

A standard design takes our artists 1.5 to 3 hours. Detailed, luxury and 3D sets take 4 to 8 hours each. That's why your set is made after you order, not printed in bulk and pulled from a warehouse.

All Handora sets are vegan and cruelty-free.

Each application lasts 2 to 4 weeks with glue or 3 to 7 days with adhesive tabs. And because every set is painted with real gel polish and sealed with a non-yellowing top coat, you can wear the same set 5 to 10 times.

To get the most wears:

• Always soak before removing, never pry.
• Buff the old glue off the back of each nail.
• Store them in their original box, in finger order, so the next application takes minutes.

At 5 to 10 wears, a $35 set comes to well under $7 per wear.

Set aside 15 minutes. Good prep is what makes a set last, so don't skip step 1.

1. Prep your nails. Wash and dry your hands. Gently push back your cuticles with the cuticle stick, then lightly buff the shine off each nail with the file. Finish with the alcohol pad to remove any oil.
2. Match each nail. Before opening any glue, lay out the press-ons and pick one for each finger. It should cover your nail from side to side without touching the skin.
3. Add adhesive. For glue, put a thin layer on your nail and a small drop inside the press-on. For tabs, peel one, stick it on your nail and remove the top film.
4. Press and hold. Start at the cuticle at a slight angle, then lay the nail down and press firmly for 30 seconds. Squeeze the sides gently so there are no gaps.
5. Let it set. Keep your hands out of water for 2 hours.

Your box includes a mini file, cuticle stick, alcohol pad and adhesive tabs. For the longest wear, add a nail glue.

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking. After your set is hand-painted (3 to 5 business days), delivery to Canada, Australia and most other countries takes 7 to 15 days.

No surprise fees. All duties, taxes and customs fees are already included in the total you see at checkout. You pay once, and nothing more is collected when your parcel arrives.

Yes. Our product photos show real sets painted in our studio, not digital mockups. Your set is painted to the same design by the same team.

Because every nail is painted by hand, you may notice tiny differences from the photo, such as the exact spot of a glitter fleck or the curve of a brushstroke. That's the mark of handmade work, and it means no two sets are exactly alike. Colors can also look slightly different depending on your screen.

If anything arrives damaged, incorrect or clearly not as pictured, email us within 30 days with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and return shipping is on us. Our 14-day craftsmanship guarantee also covers any chips, cracks or lifting caused by a defect.

First, check around your door, mailbox and with neighbors, and give it one more day. Carriers sometimes mark a parcel delivered a little before it actually arrives.

Still nothing? Email cs@handoranails.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with the carrier right away, and if your parcel can't be found, we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

With glue and good prep, a Handora set is made to last 2 to 4 weeks. When a nail pops off early, it's almost always one of these:

• Oil on the nail. Always finish prep with the alcohol pad, even if your hands look clean. Skip hand cream that morning.
• Shiny nail surface. A light buff gives the adhesive something to grip.
• Water too soon. Keep hands dry for the first 2 hours.
• Gaps at the edges. A press-on that's too narrow lifts at the sides. Size up if you're between sizes.
• Using nails as tools. Open cans and peel stickers with your fingertips, not your nails, and wear gloves for dishes.

If one nail starts to lift, fix it the same day with a small drop of glue, before water gets underneath. For the strongest hold, use glue rather than tabs.

The golden rule: never pry or rip a nail off. That's what damages the natural nail, not the press-on itself.

If you used tabs: soak your fingertips in warm, soapy water for 10 to 15 minutes. Then slide the cuticle stick under the side of each nail and lift gently. It should come away easily.

If you used glue: soak in warm water with a little soap and a few drops of cuticle oil or olive oil for about 15 minutes, then lift gently from the sides. If a nail resists, soak a few more minutes rather than forcing it. The Handora Magic Remover dissolves glue in seconds and keeps the painted finish safe, so your set is ready to wear again.

Afterwards, buff away any leftover glue from your nails and the back of the press-ons, then moisturize your cuticles.

You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return or exchange. Here's what applies:

• Damaged, defective or wrong item: free replacement or full refund. Return shipping is on us.
• Wrong size: one free size exchange, as long as the set is unworn and in its original box. Return shipping is on us.
• Changed your mind: store credit or an exchange for unworn, unopened sets in original packaging. Store credit never expires. Return shipping is paid by you.
• Craftsmanship guarantee: if a defect causes chips, cracks or lifting within 14 days of delivery, we'll replace the set or issue store credit.

Worn sets, custom designs, gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned. Custom sets are remade free if they arrive defective.

Yes, when they're applied and removed gently. Press-ons sit on top of your nail. There's no drilling, no heavy filing and no UV curing on your hands, which is why many of our customers wear Handora to give their nails a break from salon gel.

The two things that can harm a nail are over-buffing during prep and pulling a nail off. So buff only enough to remove the shine, and always soak before removing, as shown in the removal guide.

If your skin is sensitive, adhesive tabs are a good choice because no liquid glue touches your nail or skin. And if a nail ever feels sore, take the set off and let your nails rest.

Of course. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. Your order confirmation and tracking will still come to your email, so you can follow the parcel without spoiling the surprise.

Yes. Many of our customers are nurses, teachers and office workers, so we make plenty of sets in short lengths, especially Short Almond and Short Square. They look polished, stay out of the way when you type, and fit most dress codes.

You can also file any set a little shorter before you apply it. Just keep in mind that very detailed tip designs may get trimmed.

One honest note: some workplaces, such as hospitals and kitchens, don't allow any artificial nails. If that's you, use adhesive tabs. They come off after a warm soak, so you can wear your set on weekends and remove it Sunday night.

Very likely, yes. Most press-on brands come in one standard sheet of sizes. We hand-paint each set, so we can go smaller or wider than a typical kit.

• Small nails: our XS starts at 8 mm for the pinky, and more than half of our customers wear XS or S. If even XS is loose, choose custom sizing and send your measurements.
• Wide nails: size L goes up to 17 mm on the thumb. Need more on one finger? Custom sizing covers that too.
• Flat nail beds: choose the larger size when in doubt, so the edges don't lift. Hold each nail down firmly for 30 seconds while it sets, and use glue rather than tabs for the strongest hold.

Most of the time, no. The quietest part of the trip is customs. Once your parcel lands in the US, tracking can pause for a few days while it is cleared, then it jumps ahead to your local post office.

Two things are normal: a new tracking number can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, and international parcels often show "in transit" for several days in a row.

If there is no update for more than 7 days, email us your order number. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and stay on it with you until your set is in your hands.

Every Handora set is hand-painted to order in our Hanoi studio, so your order ships 3 to 5 business days after you place it. The moment it leaves us, we email you a tracking number.

From there, your parcel flies to the US, clears customs, and is handed to your local carrier. Inside the US, that trip takes 7 to 10 days.

You can check your order anytime in your account. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 7 days, send us your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier for you.

Because they're a different product. Most drugstore press-ons are printed plastic, made by machine in large batches and usually worn once. A Handora set is painted by hand with real gel polish, takes our artists hours to make, and is built to be worn 5 to 10 times.
